i followed the suggestion of Nuno and downloaded an iso of a live cd of linux to give it a try, but i thought i had a cd at home, but i hadn’t and at this time (2:09 AM) i can’t get one. but then i remember that i have an emulator or virtual machine and i could install an OS in that ‘thing’ :-)
of course that i had the same problem about the cd and my neighbors don’t know what linux is, but i thought that maybe they knew about windows, so finally i installed windows (blegh) in this beauty :-P
first i tried with Persona from Bergman, but then i read this and i wanted to prove him that he is wrong so i thought this could be a nice way of doing it
in the images you can see more or less the same frame of Metropolis, the first one running on DVD Player from MAC OS X and the second one running on Media Player Classic on Windows XP
i must confess that i do not know how computers work inside, but i am all mixed up now
if my videocard is broken as the apple’s guy said why it is only broken for Photobooth, Skype, DVD Player on Mac OS X, but not for VLC on Mac OS X nor media Player Classic on Windows XP?
